I recently had an appointment with the Practice Nurse, Ruth. Her care was outstanding. Caring, confident, competent, keeping me informed, gaining consent. Ruth has excellent communication skills which made the whole patient experience of the highest quality.She made me feel I was the most important patient in her day, I felt I could tell Ruth anything! Thank you, Ruth, you are a credit to the practice and the NHS.

This is a very popular and busy surgery, and it has often proved difficult to get an appointment with my own excellent GP, though it's fairly easy to see another doctor on the same day if the matter is urgent. The staff are generally pleasant, and the community nurses are superb.

The whole patient experience is first class at Preston Park Surgery. The venue is great for public transport. It's clean. All reception staff are helpful, polite and friendly. I never wait long to see a doctor both in terms of booking or once in the waiting room. I am generally given as a first option an appointment with my own doctor. The New Website is great and easy to use. I love it here. Best Doctor i have ever had.
